The hotel location was convenient for visiting Disneyland, especially if you have a car. The staff were helpful and multilingual, making communication easy. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities.
The hotel was a bit far from Paris city center, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach public transportation. Some guests encountered issues with the power in their rooms, which could be frustrating.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is helpful - speaking in English was small problem, but we managed. The furniture and equipment is new and good enough. I can recommend this hotel!

This place had a modern vibe and was well-kept, plus the bed was comfy. the location was super convenient, being close to Paul Vaillant Couturier metro station and right next to Fille a la Capuche. We really enjoyed the delicious Asian food served in the restaurant here! 🍜

This hotel is a great value for the money! For a basic stay, it packs in a lot of detail and amenities. The location might feel a bit dubious at the top of the hill, but it also offers you a unique perspective and plenty of nearby amenities. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Rooms are well-equipped, whether you're looking for a double bed, cooking facilities, or just an adequate kitchen. Finally, don't skip on breakfast – it's small, but delicious.
No aspects that need improvement – everything was okay!

The apartments are equipped with all the necessary amenities. Clean and pleasant rooms. What you can surely say that such equipment apartments can be very comfortable without being luxurious and expensive.
Hotel is a little far from central Paris but there are transport connections bus plus underground that can take you to central Paris for about 30-40 min.

Staff was friendly, Hotel is new and the room is spacious ..
Amazing ..There is no a/c or even a single fan in the room. So during the summer, you have to be prepared for the mandatory night sauna ...

The newly developed surroundings provided a peaceful atmosphere. The buildings were all new and free from the rush. The mini kitchen in the apartment was convenient, and there was a Carrefour Market downstairs. The value for the price was unbeatable.
Absolutely nothing.

Very nice room with new furniture and small kitchen. There were waterboiler, coffiemaker, a small fridge, microwave. It was nice to be able to cook and make coffie.
Location might be difficult to find. The easiest way to find the hotel was to take metro line 7 until Porte De Choisy and take bus 183 until Malassis. The hotel is about 100m away from the bus stop.
